Product Description

Currently, CNC steel‑plate sawing and milling machines are under foreign monopoly, while in China they remain in the early stages of research and development. Ningxing Hengli has taken the lead, spending five years overcoming numerous challenges to become the first to successfully develop such a machine, thereby filling the domestic gap in high‑efficiency, high‑precision sawing and milling of steel plates with circular saws. Its performance has reached internationally advanced levels. The product is widely applicable across industries including metallurgy, machinery, and mold manufacturing, and compared with conventional band saws, it offers faster cutting speeds, higher precision, and superior cut surfaces.
The CNC steel plate saw‑milling machine features a fixed‑beam gantry frame, facilitating convenient loading and unloading of steel plates, while the cutting length is not constrained by the machine’s structural design.
The CNC steel‑plate sawing and milling machine comprises the cutting motion of the circular saw blade, the feed motion, and the infeed/outfeed motions of the steel plate. All motions are controlled by a CNC system driving servo motors, enabling stepless speed variation. Based on the material properties and thickness of the steel plate being cut, the cutting speed and feed rate can be adjusted, and the cutting length can be set arbitrarily to meet specific requirements. The resulting parts exhibit high dimensional accuracy, with excellent flatness, perpendicularity, and surface roughness on the cut surfaces.
During the steel plate cutting process, clamping is synchronized in both the vertical and cutting directions; the specialized design ensures positioning accuracy as well as cutting stability and reliability. The machine tool employs an oil‑mist micro‑lubrication cooling system, which is clean and environmentally friendly. Moreover, the presence of cutting edges on the tool’s sides imparts milling‑like characteristics to the cut surface.
