Product Description

The TPX series of digital‑display horizontal milling‑boring machines are widely applicable to machining operations such as drilling, boring, reaming, reaming with a reamer, planing, face milling, and threading on large components like housings, casings, and machine bases. They are particularly well suited for performing rough and finish boring, milling, and other processes on medium‑ and large‑sized parts and box‑type components. The rotary table’s slide can feed radially, enabling the machining of large‑diameter internal bores, external turning, and grooving. The table’s indexing feature is equipped with a 4×90° optical sighting and positioning system, ensuring the precision required for head‑turning operations on large box‑type parts. A high‑accuracy digital display measurement system meets the demands of coordinate measurement and scribing, while the machine employs PLC‑based electrical control.
