Structural features: fixed flat‑turntable type, high‑rigidity fixed round‑pillow type, and square‑slide‑pillow type. The entire series employs direct‑connection hydraulic cylinders for balance, reducing the machine’s dynamic inertia and ensuring rapid cutting response.
Layout: An inverted “T”‑shaped configuration, standardly equipped with a “two‑rail, one‑hard” guideway system. The worktable utilizes heavy‑duty roller linear guides in the horizontal direction, while the column employs them in the vertical direction; the spindle headstock is fitted with a composite roller‑slide hard guide rail in the vertical axis. This design delivers high‑precision positioning for horizontal linear motion and exceptional load‑carrying capacity for the spindle assembly.
Key structural components: high-quality HT300 cast iron with a proprietary alloy‑element composition, subjected to secondary thermal aging, vibration aging, and natural aging for over 180 days; the column guide surfaces are hardened by high‑frequency quenching and then finished with steel‑inlaid grinding.
