● The machine tool features a closed gantry configuration and a left–right symmetrical structure, offering high rigidity and excellent long-term accuracy retention.
● The machine tool spindle is driven by a DC motor, featuring two mechanical gear stages with stepless speed regulation and hydraulic‑controlled automatic shifting. The transmission includes a mechanical lock, and the gears within the spindle housing are manufactured using quenching and grinding processes, ensuring smooth operation and high reliability.
● The worktable’s axial support utilizes hydrostatic guideways, offering high load capacity and excellent vibration resistance. The worktable is fitted with preloaded hydrostatic oil‑film bearings, which enhance the stiffness of the oil film. Additionally, the hydrostatic guideway surface is equipped with an oil‑film thickness‑measurement device, providing superior protection for the worktable guideways.
● The spindle center is equipped with an encoder, supports thread turning, and features constant‑linear‑speed cutting.
● The tool holder’s traversing axis employs a low-friction guideway assembly, enhancing the machine tool’s vibration resistance and positioning accuracy, while ensuring excellent long-term guideway precision retention.
