Product Description

● The left and right columns feature a thermally symmetric structure, and the machine is equipped with a closed gantry frame, ensuring high overall rigidity and excellent stability.
● The worktable employs hydrostatic guideways in the axial direction and double-row cylindrical roller bearings in the radial direction. The hydraulic system is equipped with an oil cooler to control temperature rise across all components, ensuring stable precision.
● The main drive employs a vertical‑shaft, two‑speed continuously variable transmission with mechanical locking for gear changes. The gears are manufactured using quenching and grinding processes, ensuring smooth, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
● The tool holder employs hydrostatic guideways, offering near-zero friction, high sensitivity, excellent vibration resistance, and long-term precision retention.
● Synchronized protection device for beam lifting, ensuring safety and reliability.
